Made of 100% wool, it is soft, warm and comfortable with a genuine luster that only natural materials can give. When you wrap the blanket around your shoulders, the earth and the sky meet on the front. And as a symbol of protective and preserving properties, you have the red house wall behind your back. The blanket is a work of art where the designer has freely interpreted Falu Rödfärg and created a design that encompasses the entire Swedish landscape. It is a combination of tradition and innovation and, like Falu Rödfärg, will last for generations. The design includes 21 colors – which reflects the number of natural minerals in Falu Rödfärg.

FALU RÖDFÄRG HEMLÄNGTAN
The blanket named Hemlängtan is created with inspiration from the deep roots of the color red in Swedish tradition. A large, lovely, red “wall” in high-quality wool that borrows its stripes from the original blanket but is woven in different shades of red. In the same way that the red facades of the village rest securely in our Swedish outdoor environment, the red blanket can be a warm, friendly and safe point in people’s home environment.

As special as our country is in the summer, it is just as exotic in the winter. The blanket, which has been named Winter Warmth, has, like Hemlängtan, its stripes taken from the original blanket, but is woven in muted blue shades. The stripes are taken from the original blanket, where the different fields represent the fields, meadows, lakes, mountains and forests, but now they are covered in snow.

Now Falu Rödfärg makes it a little easier to carry a little care with you – Mia Svalänge created three new colorways with the same symbolism and love as Falu Rödfärg Felt and divided these into smaller pieces of moments. Falu Rödfärg’s seat pads are produced from 100% pure, new, Norwegian wool in random patterns. It is a natural product with unique properties. The wool insulates very well, thanks to the ripple of the wool fibers and also absorbs moisture without losing its insulating ability
– it warms you up at once.
