FALU RÖDFÄRG SPRAY PAINT
Falu Rödfärg Original is available in a spray paint quality, ready for immediate use straight from the barrel.
It is basically exactly the same slurry paint as the traditional hand-brushing quality, with a lovely sheen and color stability, but adapted for paint sprayers by being more diluted with water for appropriate viscosity and filtered an extra time to avoid clogging the spray nozzle.
Since the spray paint quality is more diluted, there is not quite as much pigment per liter, which when spraying means that you work more wet-on-wet and apply about 1.5 times the color for appropriate coverage.
We recommend a maximum storage time of about 6 months for Falu Rödfärg spray paint. This is because the thinner quality makes the pigments sink to the bottom of the barrels more easily and allows the paint to separate.
Falu Rödfärg spray paint is available in the colors Red, Light Red and Black in 100 liter barrels and in Red in 50 liter barrels.

WHAT CAN I PAINT?
Falu Rödfärg is an outdoor paint for untreated and unplaned spruce wood and for repainting surfaces previously painted with Falu Rödfärg. New prefabricated houses can be painted with Falu Rödfärg Original provided that the facade is supplied without primer or is primed with slurry paint.
